Buying from Us:
Buying from us could not be easier. Browse our Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Refunds & Returns:
You may return any item that is faulty, incorrectly despatched or that you are not completely satisfied with, to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange, providing the item is returned in its original condition, unused, in original packaging & with all original labels attached.

No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 28 days from the date of invoice. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs on items incorrectly purchased from us. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or was incorrectly despatched by us. In this case, contact us first for return instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning items, please contact us for a Returns Code. Please also obtain a proof of posting from your chosen delivery company.
